Feel the Flow
Patricia O’Donnell is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher with over 15 years of experience, offering a thoughtful and inclusive approach to wellness for both children and adults. Drawing from her time living in Japan, as well as her work as a marriage and family therapist, Patricia blends yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and therapeutic support to help people feel more grounded, balanced, and connected in everyday life.
